All refunds must be processed during working days from 7 am to 10 pm. Only the original form of payment will get refunds. If the order is cancelled on the same day, then cannot be a refund.
Note: 7 % Transaction fee will be deducted.
Policy For Returns & Replacements
If a damaged items is delivered to the receiver, it will be replaced with a brand-new version of the the same item.
However, Floral Story will not replace, refund, or claim any kind of responsibility for the product if it is tempered by the receiver, the sender, or anyone else who is not authorised by Floral Story.
If a product is delivered damaged, the sender or recipient should contact email@example.com with images of the damaged item for review the complaint.
A customer can cancel the order One Day before the delivery date. Either customer can reserve the order for future event or request for a refund.
We accept returns within 8 hours of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging.
No refund will be made if the order is cancelled on the same day.
